We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Mechanical Manager to lead the Mechanical Department at our continuous processing plant. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and a track record of managing large teams in industrial environments.
Lead and manage the Mechanical Department to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement long-term strategies for equipment reliability and performance.
Manage budgets, procurement, and departmental KPIs.
Mentor and develop mechanical engineering and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
15–20 years of experience in a continuous processing industry (Chemical, Cement, Oil Refining, or similar).
Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role as Head of Mechanical Department.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
